Hello Walnut Grove Eagles!
Mr. Massinger here. As we wind down the summer, I wanted to welcome everyone back to school and say how excited I am for this upcoming year. As you may know, Mrs. Arkoosh has moved on to another position within the district office and I have been appointed the interim principal for this coming school year. What an opportunity!
As we prepare for the school year and soak up as much summer fun as we can, I wanted to express how hopeful we are as the anticipation of the new year grows and grows. Here at Walnut Grove, our purpose is to do our part to help every student grow up to be successful adults. We believe that all students are capable of dreaming big dreams for their future and turning those dreams into reality.
We are committed to a shared purpose that supports the well being and academic focus for all our students. This year, expect to engage in conversations filled with academic language in the classrooms, to dive deep into math fluency, build a very clear understanding of our school-wide expectations and to have a lot of fun. Walnut Grove is a place where all kids belong and can succeed,
NO EXCEPTIONS!
With that, I want to say again, enjoy the remaining days of summer and just know we are so excited to have everyone back to our amazing school community!
