Ruth Bader Ginsburg dedicated at ribbon-cutting ceremony
Vancouver Public Schools welcomed over 200 community members, educators, and families to celebrate the official dedication of Ruth Bader Ginsburg (RBG) Elementary School, the district's first entirely Spanish/English dual-language choice school.
